Home baked Gluten free Sourdough bread is not just soft and delicious but better in nutrition than the lighter Gluten free loaf bought from market. Our Gluten free Sourdough workshop doesn’t require you to have any prior baking knowledge. Doing every step hands-on brings in comfort and confidence that you can handle it once back home. Highlights: • Take back a mature and vigorous gluten free sourdough starter to kick start your baking journey. • Learn everything about Gluten free Sourdough Starter – creation, maintenance, preservation. • Detailed course material with recipes created with love and after a lot of experimental work with gluten free ingredients. • Gluten free Sourdough – Pizza, Focaccia herbed Loaf and a plain seeded loaf. Bake all three during class. Enjoy (Likely the Best!) Gluten free Sourdough Pizza during snack break. • Understand in detail about various Gluten free flours and their properties. • Learn about natural binders and how they work. • Learn how to create the balance between hydration, proofing time and baking time to get the best results. • 4 weeks of post workshop support on Telegram Messenger group chat with opportunity to practice & improve your skills. Other important points to note: • We use Gluten free certified products where possible or products that are naturally gluten free. All ingredients used are Gluten free but products containing Gluten are also baked in the same kitchen/oven. Please let us know in advance if you are Celiac or highly allergic to Gluten and we will take all possible care to avoid cross contamination. • Course Fee is non-refundable. • You agree to keep all course related content confidential and strictly for personal use. You will not share it on any social media platform or forward to others. We are happy if you share your bake pictures to motivate others and even sell your bakes as a home baker. • My Organic Spoon can use any pictures/Clips from the workshop for promotional purposes. • My Organic spoon reserves the right to cancel a workshop if it is due to an unavoidable circumstance. An alternate date offered or Fee refunded in that case. • Photography and videography are not allowed. It distracts everyone from actual learning. • Please reach 15 minutes ahead of workshop & bring a small bag to carry your bakes.
