Service Description

If you & your family love to eat bread, why not learn to bake your own healthy, slow fermented, naturally leavened Sourdough bread. Session 1 - 5th Nov. 10am to 12pm (Singapore time) Session 2 - 12th Nov. 2pm to 7pm (Singapore time) Session 3 - 13th Nov. 10am to 12pm (Singapore time) Highlights: • Suitable for beginners & also for those who have some basic sourdough knowledge. • The workshop is divided into 3 Video conferencing sessions over Zoom/Google meet. • Session 1 is theory, post which you start to work on creating your Sourdough starter. Chat support during the creation of your starter to get it ready before the next session. • Session 2 and 3 are "Do it along- Hands on" learning sessions where you bake an artisan loaf or Sandwich loaf and a Focaccia. • Learn everything about Sourdough Starter – creation, maintenance, preservation. • Techniques and methods that will help you create beautiful breads even as a beginner. • Different set-ups of baking Sourdough, understand what to expect when you bake at home. • Learn to judge fermentation progress by look & feel of dough, understand when it is ready for the next step in the process. • Detailed course material. Recipes for Sourdough Artisan Loaf, Sandwich loaf and our most popular Focaccia. • Not just comprehensive learning, but also the 4 weeks of post workshop support on Telegram Messenger group chat, makes our workshop unique. Other Important points to note: • Course Fee is non-refundable. • You agree to keep all course related content confidential and strictly for personal use. You will not share it on any social media platform or forward to others. We are happy if you share your bake pictures to motivate others and even sell your bakes as a home baker. • My Organic Spoon can use any pictures/Clips from the workshop for promotional purposes. • My Organic spoon reserves the right to cancel a workshop if it is due to an unavoidable circumstance. An alternate date offered or Fee refunded in that case. • Recording of the session is not allowed. Video clips of important steps of the process will be shared on support group, so you don’t need to worry about missing out on anything. • Support group chat is for use during decent hours (8am to 9pm). Please refrain from disturbing the group at odd hours.
