Regular Sourdough In-person course Module 1 - Learn the basics

Time Duration: 5 hour of hands-on workshop, 1 hour of Zoom theory class, 4 weeks of post workshop support.

What you learn: Everything about Sourdough Starter, Basics of Sourdough process, Artisan loaves (Boule, Batard) and Focaccia.

Suitable for: Beginners and also those who have basic knowledge of Sourdough baking. Relevant for people who can eat wheat flour. Vegan.

Regular Sourdough In-person course Module 3 - Soft Sourdough

Time Duration: 4 hour of hands-on workshop, 1 hour of Zoom theory class, 4 weeks of post workshop support.

What you learn: Everything about Sourdough Starter, Vegan and Vegetarian Fluffy-Puffy recipe to bake soft loaf and cinnamon rolls. 

​

Suitable for: Beginners and also those who have basic knowledge of Sourdough baking. Relevant for people who can eat wheat flour. Vegan & Vegetarian both options.

Regular Sourdough In-person course Module 4 - Working with whole grains

Time Duration: 4 hour of hands-on workshop, 4 weeks of post workshop support.

What you learn: 100% Wholewheat, 100% Rye bread.

​

Suitable for: Our students who have attended module 1 and those who have basic knowledge of Sourdough baking.

Scheduled only on demand as it is only relevant to those who have at least few months experience of Sourdough baking. Please send us a message and join the waitlist.

Gluten free Sourdough In-person course Module 1 - Learn to bake delicious & nutritious Gluten free breads

Time Duration: 5 hour of hands-on workshop, 4 weeks of post workshop support.

What you learn: Everything about Gluten free Sourdough Starter, Gluten free flours and  Sourdough process, Bake Pizza, seeded loaf and Focaccia herbed loaf.

Suitable for: Beginners and also those who have basic knowledge of Sourdough baking.

Relevant for people with Gluten allergy, Celiac or generally wanting to include diversity in their diet. Vegan except Pizza, which is vegetarian.

Cooking Workshops

This is a series of healthy cooking workshops - mostly Indian food but also some of fusion foods. Lunching soon!

We conduct Gluten free Sourdough course but we work from a kitchen where Gluten food is also prepared (not at the same time). Please let us know if you are Celiac or highly allergic and we will be extra careful to avoid any cross contamination. 

If you still do not feel comfortable, we have got you covered with our online course providing the same learning experience but in the comfiort & safety of your home..
