Are you someone who wants to eat healthier bread but not a fan of the crusty artisan Sourdough loaf. Do you prefer to eat very soft breads and buns? Even when you love the crusty Sourdough, do you still sometimes feel like having a nice soft loaf for your sandwich? If Yes! then this workshop is just the right choice for you Highlights: • Suitable for beginners & also for those who have some basic sourdough knowledge. • Take back a mature and vigorous sourdough starter to kick start your baking journey. • Learn everything about Sourdough Starter – creation, maintenance, preservation. • Learn our special "Fluffy-puffy" Vegan, Vegetarian & with Egg recipe that can be used for very soft Sourdough sandwich loaf, "melt in mouth" cinnamon rolls and soft pull apart buns, burger buns and much more. • Work with your dough, understand about benefits of slow fermentation in Sourdough and take the shaped dough back for baking at home. • Bake the bread and Cinnamon rolls to be enjoyed before the class ends. • 1 hour live online session “How to create Sourdough Starter” comes free with your booking. Our chef conducts one weekday and one weekend session (3pm to 4pm) every month on the topic. You can choose a date after the in-person workshop. • 4 weeks of post workshop support on Telegram Messenger group chat ensures you are supported while you practice. Important points to note: • Duration will be 3 hours (2pm to 5pm) if all participants are returning customers and already know how to create & maintain Starter. • Course Fee is non-refundable. Under unavoidable circumstances, we may allow you to join on another date. • You agree to keep all course related content confidential and strictly for personal use. You will not share it on any social media platform or forward to others. We are happy if you share your bake pictures to motivate others and even sell your bakes as a home baker. • My Organic Spoon can use any pictures/Clips from the workshop for promotional purposes. • My Organic spoon reserves the right to cancel a workshop if it is due to an unavoidable circumstance. An alternate date offered or Fee refunded in that case. • Please bring along a pullman tin (approximately size 22 x 13 x 13 cm) to carry the dough along for baking at home later. • Please reach 15 minutes ahead of workshop. • Photography and videography are not allowed. It distracts everyone from actual learning. • Venue may be changed if the participation is low.
